If I have a blank video tape in my order will you charge me for converting it?

If, when we start a video tape conversion, we detect in the first 30 seconds that there is no content, we will mark this videotape as blank and will not charge you for it.

If you normally leave significant blank tape at the beginning of your recordings, please let us know when you place your order.
