How much do you charge?

Cost Estimate for Typical Orders

On the Pricing page ( towards the middle of the menu bar above ) you will see the complete price list for our services.  We charge for orders as the sum of:

• Content Organization (if needed)
• Scanning and/or Conversions (the bulk of the work)
• Product Delivery, Media (e.g., USB memory stick) and Labor

​A discount is given based on the charges for Content Organization (if needed) and Scanning and/or Conversions.​

Minimum Order Value.  Unless the sum of the Content Organization and Scanning and/or Conversions costs exceed the Minimum Order Value , that value will be charged.  The Minimum Order Value is found on the Pricing page. The customer will be given credit for one additional order of the difference between the sum of the Content Organization and Scanning and/or Conversion and the Minimum Order value. The customer should come back with the original USB memory stick so that we can add scans from the second order.
